Alejandra & Javier - Elegant Night to Remember

This elegant October wedding showcases a beautiful couple, venue and a spectacular wedding.  We can’t say enough great things about them.  Alejandra and Javier were such a sweet couple to work with.  Alejandra knew exactly her look of what she wanted, she did an amazing job choosing her details for the décor and of course as always the groom did a great job finalizing the food details.  Together, they have a beautiful connection and it really shows in the pictures below.  We are thankful to have been a part of this beautiful day as well as the journey that it took to get here.

Their ceremony took place in the First Presbyterian Church of Miami and the reception at The Ronald W. Shane Center in Miami Beach.  Their decor consisted of navy, silver and whites tones with a very classic and elegant look.

Our favorite part of the evening was definitely the party!!  Loved seeing this couple boogie, enjoy many moments with their 200 guests, all while staying calm and cool from start to finish.

Just in case it wasn’t obvious enough, us gals over here at EOAB are obsessed with color! Persian rose LOVE ultramarine LOVE lemon chiffon LOVE! And the pretty recent trend of “off-kilter” pairings has quickly become one of your most fun past times. Gone are the days of all pink and white or light blue weddings and are we ever grateful for that! We acknowledge that at the epitome of all our planning we are all just trying to create a day that expresses us as a couple. And showing your personalities through color is a really smart way to do that. There’s such true excitement in creating unexpected combinations like causally cool mint with blush or dressed up navy with a pop of orange. UGH love it! Bridesmaid Trends

Once upon a time bridal fashion only consisted of the bride and her dress. Don’t get us wrong it’s still very much about the bride and her dress but currently women have been considering the bridal party as a whole when thinking about style. Because we can all agree a girl can’t be on top if her sisters don’t hold her up. Amen to that!  Every season there’s a new refreshing take how to bring it all together from different styles of the same dress to different dress all together, here are a few of our faves

Love when brides have the courage to draw attention to their ladies in such a strong way. It shows she’s confident in the fact that all eyes will be on her regardless

Raquel & Chad ~ Modern Chic Wedding!

Came across this beautiful pictures and can't believe we never blogged them! A beautiful couple inside and out! So blessed to have shared this very special day with them and their families. Their ceremony took place in the garden of St. Thomas Catholic Church and the reception Palmetto Bay Village Center.  Their decor consisted of mostly whites with simple pops of purple for a very modern and chic look. 

Our favorite part of the evening had to be when Chad’s dad played a recording of Chad as a baby talking with his mom. The most cutest and sweetest thing we ever heard.  What a priceless moment!

“Amidst my now-hubby being in medical school and me working full time and going to school full time as well, we got engagement and were planning our wedding…crazy right? I knew it was going to be busy and stressful but I still wanted to enjoy planning our wedding, so I knew we needed help. That help came in the form of the godsend knows as Events On A Budget- they were a complete life saver! We did the Wedding in a Box package and it worked out perfectly. With this package, you can name your budget, which aspects of the wedding you want included and which are more important to you (i.e. photographer, invitations, catering etc.) and they can recommend different tier vendors based on your wants/needs.  For me, this was crucial since I didn’t have time to research thousands of different vendors out there in South Florida. We told them what we wanted and they pretty much delivered it to us on a silver platter! Our big day went smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We can all agree summer is possibly the best season of the year, there’s something about heat that just puts us all in a festive mood. Well us at least! No wonder people still want to get married this time of the year and brave the unpredictable weather, blistering heat, and test their setting spray to it’s limits, because when the weather holds up it’s truly a thing of beauty. If only it was acceptable to start the day off with our hair a mess and makeup down our face a la 1 am style. Whether you’re a spouse-to-be, bridesmaid, Pinterest-addicted aspiring bride or wedding crasher this season here are some celeb inspired beauty looks. While their bikini bodies might unrealistic to acquire, at best, their fashion and beauty looks are a bit easier to mirror.

Adelina & Forrest- Vintage Lace Wedding!

This wedding will speak volumes about our couple.  Adelina’s attention to detail, her clear vision for wedding and her adoring fiancé Forrest. Just a picture perfect and unforgettable day!  Our brides vision was vintage, classic and oh so romantic.  Soft Gold linens, Crystal Candelabra, Ivory/Blush florals with pearl and lace accents made for a beautiful wedding.
